Router Terms of Service

Last updated October 7, 2026.

These terms govern your access to and use of the Moonyversal Router (the “Router”): the API at router.moonyversal.com, its documentation, and the API keys we issue. The Router is operated by Moonyversal (“Moonyversal”, “we”, “us” or “our”). “You” means the person or business that requested a key, or that uses the Router, and everyone who uses its key.

1. Acceptance

You accept these terms when you request an API key, receive one, or use the Router, with or without a key. If you use the Router for a business, you accept them for that business and confirm you may bind it. If you do not agree, do not use the Router.

2. What the Router is

The Router prepares Solana transactions for Flipcash currencies, USDF and USDC. It quotes a trade, builds an unsigned transaction for a wallet you name, broadcasts a transaction you have already signed if you ask it to, and reads receipts from the chain. Broadcasting through the Router is optional; you may broadcast signed transactions yourself.

The Router never signs a transaction, never asks for, sees or holds a private key or seed phrase, and never takes custody, possession or control of any asset. A transaction moves value only when the wallet that owns the funds signs it.

The Router is software. It is not an exchange, broker, dealer, money transmitter, custodian, wallet, bank or investment adviser, and it is not a party to any trade.

3. API keys

We issue keys at our discretion after reviewing a request. Test keys quote and build, with every build simulated, and can never send. Live keys can do everything.

Keep your key secret. Use it from a server only, never in a browser, an app bundle, a public repository or a URL. You are responsible for all use of your key, whether or not you authorized it. Tell us at once if it is exposed, and we will revoke and replace it.

Do not share your key, and do not resell, sublicense or wrap the Router as a service for others to build on.

Each key has rate limits, which we may change. We may suspend or revoke a key at any time, including for a breach of these terms, a security or legal risk, long inactivity, or the end of early access.

4. Fees

Calling the API is free.

A buy through the Router carries the Router’s fee: 0.5% of the dollars going into the purchase, paid by the buyer inside the same transaction. A buy is USDF or USDC into a Flipcash currency, or one Flipcash currency into another.

Once you set a fee wallet on your key, which you can do and change yourself through the API, you may add your own partner fee of 0% to 0.5% on buys, as a default on your key or on any quote or build. The buyer pays it straight to your wallet’s USDF account inside the same transaction. Together, the Router’s fee and your partner fee never exceed 1% of a buy. Your partner fee must be the same for every currency: you may not raise or lower it to steer users toward or away from any currency.

Sells carry no Router fee and no partner fee. Flipcash charges its own fee on every sell, whoever builds the transaction, and the quote shows it as its own line.

Solana network fees are paid in SOL by the signing wallet.

Every fee appears as its own line in each quote and receipt.

We never collect, hold or pay out partner fees. We do not pay for order flow, and we receive nothing for Router trades from Flipcash, from any issuer, or from anyone but the buyer.

We may change these fees with at least 30 days’ notice, by email to the address on your key request and on the docs page. A change never applies to a transaction already built. You are responsible for any taxes on partner fees you receive.

5. Your app and your users

If you build an app on the Router, its users are your customers. You are responsible for your app, its own terms and disclosures, and its compliance with the laws that apply to you and to your users, including any licensing, consumer protection, anti-money-laundering and tax rules.

Before a user signs, your app must show them the total fee on the trade, including your partner fee, in plain terms. Each quote returns every fee as its own line for this purpose.

If your app holds keys or funds for its users, you alone are responsible for doing so lawfully. The Router never holds them.

You may say that your app uses the Moonyversal Router. You may not say or imply that we, Flipcash or the Router endorse, issue, verify or guarantee any currency, project or person, and you may not use our name to promote any currency’s price.

6. Eligibility and sanctions

You must be legally able to accept these terms. You may not use the Router if you are located in, or a resident of, a country or territory subject to comprehensive United States sanctions, or if you appear on a sanctions list, including the U.S. Treasury’s Specially Designated Nationals list.

You may not use the Router to serve anyone you know, or have reason to believe, is such a person. We may refuse or end access when sanctions or other law require it.

7. Acceptable use

You may not:

  • use the Router to break any law or sanction, or the terms of any protocol or service it relies on;
  • wash trade, spoof, manipulate a price, or manufacture trading activity to make a currency appear traded;
  • get around rate limits, for example with extra keys or rotating addresses;
  • probe, overload or interfere with the Router or the systems behind it; or
  • impersonate Moonyversal, the Router, Flipcash or anyone else.

Decoding the transactions you are asked to sign is expected and welcome.

8. Information we process

When you request a key, we use your name, email and project details only to review the request and send your key.

For each key we store a fingerprint and its last four characters, never the key itself; its name, owner, limits and fee settings, with a record of changes to its fee wallet; and daily counts of calls per route, kept for about thirteen months.

To quote and build, we process the assets, amounts and wallet addresses in your requests. Operational logs are kept for a limited time to run and debug the service.

Transactions on Solana are public whoever builds them. The Moonyversal Indexer records public Flipcash activity, including trades built by the Router.

We do not sell this information. We share it only with the hosting, database, email and network infrastructure providers that run the Router, or when the law requires.

9. Early access and availability

The Router is in early access. There is no service-level commitment. It depends on Solana, the programs above, and our own infrastructure, any of which may be slow or unavailable.

We may change, pause or discontinue the Router, a route, a feature or an API version. We will try to give key holders notice by email before a change that breaks an integration.

10. Quotes are information, not advice

A quote is an estimate for the moment it is given, not a hold. Prices move between a quote and the moment a transaction lands; the minimum you accept is enforced on chain, and a transaction that would breach it fails.

Nothing the Router returns is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, a recommendation to buy or sell, or a verification of any currency or anyone associated with it.

11. Risks

Digital assets are volatile and can lose all of their value. Transactions on Solana are final and cannot be reversed by us or anyone else. Programs and networks can fail or be exploited.

Read what you sign. You are solely responsible for the transactions you and your users sign and for the decisions behind them.

12. Third-party protocols and services

Trades settle on the Solana network through third-party protocols, smart contracts and services that we do not operate or control. Their rules, fees, availability and changes are their own, and we are not responsible for them. If one of them changes in a way that affects a route, we may pause that route without notice.

The Router is independent. It is not operated, sponsored or endorsed by Flipcash or by any protocol or service it uses. Flipcash is a trademark of its owner.

13. Our rights

The Router, its documentation and the Moonyversal name are ours. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Router under these terms. If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation to you.

14. Disclaimer of warranties

THE ROUTER IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT IT WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, ACCURATE, COMPLETE OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY QUOTE WILL BE AVAILABLE WHEN A TRANSACTION LANDS.

15. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MOONYVERSAL AND THE PEOPLE WHO OPERATE IT ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF FUNDS, PROFITS, DATA OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM THE ROUTER, A QUOTE, A TRANSACTION, OR ANY DECISION MADE BECAUSE OF ONE.

WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE EXCLUDED, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF THE ROUTER FEES PAID ON TRANSACTIONS BUILT WITH YOUR KEY IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE, OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Moonyversal and the people who operate it from any claim, demand, loss or expense, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your app, your users, your partner fees, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or anyone’s rights.

17. Ending the agreement

You may stop using the Router at any time. We may suspend or end your access at any time. The sections on fees already paid, our rights, warranties, liability, indemnification and governing law survive the end of these terms.

18. Assignment

You may not assign these terms without our written consent. We may assign them, including to a company formed to operate Moonyversal; that company then takes our place under these terms.

19. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Before bringing any claim, you agree to contact us at contact@moonyversal.com and give us 30 days to try to resolve it. Any dispute that remains will be decided in the state or federal courts located in Arizona, and both sides consent to their jurisdiction.

20. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. We will email key holders about a material change at least 14 days before it takes effect, where we can. Using the Router after a change takes effect means you accept it.

If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Not enforcing a part is not a waiver of it. These terms, with the docs they refer to, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Router.
